Taxi from Noi Bai International Airport to Cat Ba Island.

Travel Time In About 3 Hours

   Travel time is about 3 hours.
* We are currently offering 2 options A and B by private taxi to pick up and drop off guests from Noi Bai International Airport to hotels on Cat Ba Island. Each option will have different prices, please refer to below.

* Option A: (taxi - ferry - taxi)
    The schedule is as follows: once we have confirmed your booking information, we will arrange a taxi to pick you up at Noi Bai International Airport. We will contact you via Email or WhatsApp to pick you up in the most convenient way. Our driver will pick you up at the airport and take you straight to Dong Bai ferry terminal in about 2 hours, this is where you will take the ferry to Cat Ba Island. (On the way, if you want to stop to rest or go to the toilet, the driver will stop you at a rest stop for about 20 minutes then continue the journey to Dong Bai ferry terminal).  Here the driver will buy the ferry ticket for you and help you transfer your luggage to the ferry. When the ferry takes you to Cai Vieng ferry terminal on Cat Ba island after about 30 minutes, your private taxi driver will be waiting for you there and take you straight to your hotel in Cat Ba town in about 30 minutes.
With option A, the price will be:
   - 4-seat taxi price: 2000k. (this amount is about 80 usd)
   - 7-seat taxi price: 2500k. (This amount is about 100 usd)

* option B: (taxi goes straight from Noi Bai international airport to Cat Ba island)
    - in case you want to book a private taxi straight from Noi Bai international airport to your hotel on Cat Ba island, we will need to buy the ferry ticket for our taxi and you do not need to change to another taxi.  With this option B, the price will be:
- 4-seat taxi price: 2700k. (This amount is about 108 usd)
- 7-seat taxi price: 3100k. (This amount is about 124 usd)
* Note: The ferry operates from 05:30 am to 05:30 pm, if you cannot go during the ferry operation time, you only have one option to get to Cat Ba Island by private canoe. Private canoe is a high-speed vehicle that only takes 10 minutes to take you to Cat Ba Island. With this option, we will have to charge you an additional fee of 28 usd.
